SpaBalancer SoftWater reliably prevents calcium deposits in your whirlpool.

Application:

Shake well before use. After filling your whirlpool, add 150 ml SoftWater in 1000 liters of water. For hard water you can increase the amount up to 250 ml / 1000 liters of water.

The product must be stored in a cool and dark place. Improper storage (frequent changes between warm and cold) may render the product ineffective. A sign of this are flakes in the product.

Why should you add"SoftWater" to your water? What does it do?

Every water source contains different solutes in different concentrations.

These include calcium and magnesium, as well as sulfates. These substances are responsible for the hardness of water. In addition, metals such as iron, copper and manganese can be found.

These substances are present in the water in ionized form but can settle due to the heating and turbulence of the water.

Calcium and magnesium could form solid lime deposits that adhere to the piping and tub shell. These calcium deposits, as well as fats and oils from skin and cosmetics, serve as food and an adhesive surface for bacteria. This can cause biofilms to form very quickly. Biofilms are formed by bacteria and protect them from disinfectants.

When using"SoftWater", the calcium and magnesium molecules are complexed. This means that they get a different molecular structure when transitioning from the ionized form to the solid form and can therefore no longer adhere to the pipe walls. The formation of deposits in the pipes can therefore be prevented. The limestone is filtered out.

Metals in water can cause discoloration and clouding. Complexing with SoftWater prevents this and allows metals to be filtered out.

Summary:

SoftWater does not soften the water. It prevents the water from forming deposits and prevents it from discoloring or becoming cloudy.
